1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and f8beta2 ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile app, software, and all services provided by f8beta2.

By creating an account, logging in, or simply browsing the f8beta2 platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the platform, including before the registration process is complete.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use f8beta2 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3Registration & KYC Verification

4Deposits & Payments

5Withdrawal of Wins

F8beta2 processes approved withdrawals in under 5 minutes for e-wallet methods and within 3 to 10 minutes for bank transfers, depending on the receiving bank's processing time. All withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Withdrawal conditions that must be observed:

• KYC account verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• The withdrawal method must match or correspond to the deposit method used.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the member's own name.

6Bonus & Promotions

General terms applicable to all f8beta2 bonuses:

7Game Rules

• The outcome of all games is final once a round ends. No appeals may be made on the grounds of a player's claimed result error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, f8beta2 will restore the session based on system records. The last result recorded by the f8beta2 server is final.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players to defraud the platform or other players is a serious offence that may result in account closure and legal action.

9Account Closure & Suspension

10Liability Limit

F8beta2 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, f8beta2 is not liable for:

Under no circumstances shall f8beta2's total liability to any member exceed the actual deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim.

11Terms Amendment

F8beta2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. For material amendments, f8beta2 will provide at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, via:

• In-platform notification messages sent to all active members.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
